2013 Spring SMUG Meeting
Hello Fellow SMUG’ers!

Leah and I hope you all had a great Holiday, but now it is time to think spring.  It’s time to start planning our 2013 Spring SMUG Meeting!   

Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center would like to host the 2013 SMUG meeting,

Choose one of the following dates- April 4-5, April 11-12, or April 18-19

Please send your response to Leah or myself by Jan 9th! 
I need to get the date of the meeting to SAGE (Jill Stewart) by Jan 11th.

  • Guestroom Accommodations

    The rate for the above-mentioned group will be a flat rate of $109.99 + 12.75% tax.  Rate includes our “Express Start” Hot Breakfast, Wireless High Speed Internet, and Local Phone  Calls.

  • Cut-Off Date

    The room block will be held until Friday, March 15, 2013. On that date any unused portion of the Group room block will be released back in to inventory.  After this date we cannot guarantee availability or rate. 
  
  • Reservations: Reservations can be made by calling the hotel at 336-721-0220. Please indentify yourself as being group to receive the group discounted rate. 

 

  • Payment Method: A valid credit card number must accompany all reservations

 

 

  • Check-In / Check-Out

Hi All, Another

Hi All,

Another successful SMUG meeting!  I hope everyone got something meaninful out of the meeting.  It was great to see everyone.  And talk to those who remoted into the meeting. 

As my term ends, I would like to welcome Lori Burke as our new co-chair for SMUG.  Lori and Leah will be representing our group.  I wish you both well in keeping the SMUG'gers going.

Thanks to Jill, Jean, and Rebecca for participating at our SMUG meeting, as always it was a pleasure to see you.
