While our ownership will change, our priorities will not. Sage Nonprofit Solution’s management team, along with the financial and strategic backing of Accel-KKR, will continue to focus on the areas that have been the foundation of our success to this point – strong technology that provides value to your organization, customer service that truly supports you and employees that care about your success.
You will begin to see the benefits of this transaction immediately. We have listened to your requests for improved community and networking opportunities. The new community will be started immediately and will be available this summer. Additionally, we will now host our own Sage Nonprofit Solutions conference in November, more details to come soon. With additional investment in our company, we expect to implement even more of your requests as 2013 unfolds.
We have tremendous respect and admiration for Sage Group and it has been a great experience to be part of the Sage team. We are excited for the next phase of our company as we join with Accel-KKR to take advantage of growth opportunities within the nonprofit and government sectors.
