Gift and Data Processing Coordinator
Middlesex School seeks a permanent Gift and Data Processing Coordinator. Middlesex is a

The Gift and Data Processing Coordinator will report directly to the Data Quality Manager and will be responsible for daily entry, accessing, and regular monitoring of all Alumni & Development Office gifts and data entry. Responsibilities include:
Gift management:
 Accounting for gift activity and maintaining accurate gift records
 Generating gift acknowledgements and receipting
 Processing stock and e-commerce activity
Database administration and report writing:
 Computerized data retrieval; imports and exports to Millennium database
 Maintaining accurate biographical data for donor and alumni constituencies
 Generating basic reports; accounting, status, direct mail, mailing lists and others
 Maintain gift and data processing policy
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree; accounting, bookkeeping and technology experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience and expertise in the fundraising/philanthropic environment preferred, as well. Proficient in and knowledgeable about Crystal Reports, Word, and Excel. Experience with Millennium fundraising software is a plus, as is the willingness and curiosity to learn new tools and techniques that will help to streamline the management of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a positive, problem-solving approach to the management of complex issues. A commitment to discretion and confidentiality is a must.
