MIP Fund Accounting Private Cloud System Accessibility Issue

The MIP Fund Accounting system, hosted by Abila, is currently having accessibility issue. We are aware of the problem and working to restore service as soon as possible.

Here is a quick workaround:

If the user is being prompted for login again after selecting the icon on the www.abilaonline.com website, enter the login credentials again in the applicable field with sagehost\ in front of the user name. This allows access to the software as normal.

We will post another message when the issue has been resolved. In the meantime, you may visit http://status.abila.com for the latest updates on this issue.

The problems being reported have now been resolved, and system functionality and accessibility should now be resumed to normal.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate everyone's patience while we resolved the matter.

If you should experience any further issues with this matter or be routed to a second login screen, either restart your browsing session by completely closing the browser and restarting a new session or at the second login screen, enter the login credentials again in the applicable field with SAGEHOST\ in front of the user name. This allows access to the software as normal.

Icons Missing for Some Abilaonline.com Users

The system is accessible, but once logged in some users are intermittently unable to access icons for MIP Fund Accounting. If you have launched MIP Fund Accounting , please do not close out or logout. We are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
