Notice of Changes to Support Phone Routing

Dear Abila Customers,

We want to let you know that we have made some changes in our phone system to route calls more efficiently. We will now be asking for your 4 or 5 digit account ID when you call our support line. In most cases, this is your product serial number. If you do not know your account ID we will route you to someone who can assist you.
