Dear Abila MIP Fund Accounting Customers

Users attempting to log into the Abila Knowledgebase and Forum are receiving the message, “Sorry, unrecognized username or password.”  We are actively working to resolve the issue.  We will post another message when the issue has been resolved.

We are continuing our efforts to restore the knowledge base to full and normal functionality as quickly as possible. We are hopeful to have the issue resolved today and will continue to provide updates as the situation changes. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore the system.

UPDATE: Knowledge Base and Forum are Accessible Again

Good morning.

 

There has been some significant progress overnight on the login issues for our knowledge base and forums. Here’s where we are:

  • If you go to kb.abila.com and click the Log In button, you can now log in again, but you will get a bogus “Access denied” message. If you click on “Knowledge Base” on the bread crumbs (the part I highlighted below) OR if you navigate back to the knowledge base through the menus, everything works as expected.

  • If you go to forum.abila.com and click the Log In button, you will get the error message below without being prompted to enter your email and password. You can still get to the forums, though. You will need to first log in at kb.abila.com. You will get the bogus “Access denied” message described above, but you may then navigate to forum.abila.com, and everything works as expected.

So in summary, you may now log in again (from kb.abila.com) and fully utilize the knowledge base and MIP/FR forums. Just don’t let the “Access denied” message fool you. The team will continue working on the remaining issues.

 

Also, just a reminder that the forums will be set to view only this Sunday or very early Monday morning because we are launching the new Abila Community on Monday morning. Read more about it here.

Please note: The forums at forum.abila.com are now view only. Please visit our new community powered by Higher Logic at http://community.abila.com. You may use your same login credentials there.
