ICan anyone let me know what tools your team, shop, division and/or institution is using to track projects and/or report requests and/or issues? Just want to see what peers are using are trial it if possible. I have been looking at some tools that are cloud based (Liquid Planner, Wrike, Issue Trak, etc.). I would rather find an all-in-one tool instead of separate applications. Would be great if it is scalable, networked, easy to understand and use and report from. MS Project is so detailed it may be too much. Don’t necessarily need to track work flows or be too crazy with the dependencies. My main objective is to track where resource constraints get crazy with assignment overload and time frame conflicts, etc.
